Metro Detroit · Built for owner-operated service companies

We help business owners build better businesses.

Need one project built — a website, Google Ads, a CRM, AI answering, better reporting? We’ll build it. Not sure where to start? We’ll help you find the improvements worth making, one at a time, so the business ends up more profitable, more organized, and less dependent on you.

The Snap Flow Solutions mark at the center of eleven connected business systems: sales, marketing, operations, workforce, technology, customer experience, software, finance, reporting, AI and growth

Every business has opportunities to improve.

Some improvements are small. Some change everything. You may already know exactly what you need — or you may just know the business could run better.

It happens in phases, not all at once. We fix one thing, get it working, and move to the next — in the order that pays you back fastest. Some owners stop after the first phase. Others keep going for years. Both are fine.

Winning More Work

Missed-Call Text-Back

Miss a call and the caller gets a text within seconds, so they stop dialing the next company on the list.

Winning More Work

Lead Capture

Every call, form and message lands in one place with full contact details. Nothing sits in a personal inbox.

Winning More Work

Estimate Follow-Up

Automatic follow-up on every quote you send, so the jobs you already did the work to earn stop walking away.

Every lead tracked through clear stages — new, quoted, won, lost — so you always know where things stand.

Customer Communication

Reminders & Job Updates

Confirmations, reminders and status updates sent automatically, so customers stop calling the office to ask.

Onboarding & Training

New hires productive faster, without you walking every one of them through the same twenty things.

Workforce & Training

AI Work Assistant

Answers the questions your crew keeps bringing to you, pulled from your own procedures and job history.

Know the Numbers

Call & Source Tracking

Every lead tagged with where it actually came from, from the click all the way to the customer record.

Know the Numbers

Closed-Loop Ad Tracking

The click ID follows every lead from the ad through to the invoice, so spend gets measured against revenue rather than form fills.

Know the Numbers

Monthly Reporting

One page a month — what you spent, leads by source, jobs booked, revenue, and what it cost to win the work.

Capital Allocation

Where the Next Dollar Goes

Marketing, a hire, equipment, software, documentation — or leaving something alone because it’s already working. We don’t believe every problem gets solved by buying another service.

Tell Us What You NeedCall or Text Us

Four steps, starting with a conversation

The first call is free and takes about 15 minutes — enough for us both to tell whether there’s something worth doing. Anything deeper than that is a paid engagement, and you’ll know what it costs before we start.

01

Understand

What’s working, what’s driving you crazy, and where you’d like the business to be a year from now.

02

Recommend

The improvements worth making, in the order that makes sense. If something can wait, we’ll say so.

03

Build

One project or several connected systems. You don’t have to learn new software — that’s our job.

04

Measure

Review the results, fix what didn’t land, keep improving. If it isn’t producing, the numbers should show it early.

30

Years in the trades

Spent running a business, not studying one.

1

Owner, every account

You deal with the owner. No account manager.

0

Long contracts

The results decide whether you stay.

Built Around Your Business

One project, or several systems over time. Both are fine with us.

Our methodology

Business Architecture Assessment

We evaluate a company the way an owner, an operator and an investor would — where the money is made, where it leaks, what’s limiting growth, and where the systems break down. Technology is judged the same way: what your current software should already be producing, before anyone suggests buying something new.

What we analyze

Every part of the business

  • Leadership & ownership
  • Business model & strategy
  • Sales & marketing
  • Operations & workflow
  • Workforce & accountability
  • Financial performance
  • Customer experience
  • Technology, software & AI
  • Capital allocation
  • Growth constraints & bottlenecks
What you’ll walk away with
  • Primary constraints
  • Immediate opportunities
  • Strategic priorities
  • What to leave alone
  • Where the next dollar goes
  • Technology & AI recommendations
  • Business architecture roadmap
  • 90-day action plan

Our principleOptimize before replacing.

You’ll know what’s costing you, what to fix first, and what to leave alone.

Scope and pricing are set on the first call. Plenty of owners never do an Assessment — they know what they want built, and we build it.

Most of what’s costing you isn’t a marketing problem

When we look at an established service business, the money is rarely leaking where the owner expects. It’s almost never that nobody knows the company exists. Here’s what actually turns up, over and over:

Leads with nowhere to land
A contact form that emails an address nobody checks. Calls that ring out after five. Inquiries living in one person’s phone.
Quotes nobody chases
Estimates go out, the customer goes quiet, and the job is written off — after all the work of measuring, pricing and driving out there.
Advertising nobody can measure
Years of ad spend with no tracking behind it, so nobody can say which dollar produced which job — or which half to cut.
The owner as the system
The answer to every question lives in one head, so nothing moves at full speed unless that person is available.

Fixing these in the right order matters more than fixing them fast. We’ll show you the order.

  • Automation
  • Dashboards and reporting

Option 2

Help me decide where to improve

Look before you spend.

  • Business Architecture Assessment
  • Findings and priorities in writing
  • What we’d fix first, and why
  • Pick what makes sense
  • Do it with us, or on your own
Quoted on the size of the business
Option 3

I want an ongoing partner

Someone in your corner month to month.

  • We run what we built
  • Monthly review of the numbers
  • Improvements in priority order
  • Straight answers on where to spend
  • New projects as they come up
Structured around what we run

Ad budget is paid directly to Google and is separate.

Straight answers

Can you help with just one project?

Yes, and plenty of owners start that way. One project is a perfectly good place to start.

Do I have to replace my software?

No. If you’re on Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or similar and your crew knows it, we work with what you’ve got.

Will you recommend services I don’t need?

No. Sometimes the right answer is a hire, or fixing something you already have, or leaving it alone for now. We’d rather keep the relationship than sell you a package.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your number. We set up tracking behind it so you can tell which advertising produced which call.

Am I locked into a contract?

No long-term contract. On ongoing work we ask for an initial term long enough for results to show, then it’s month to month.

Do you only work with local businesses?

Most of our clients are here in Metro Detroit, and that’s where we’re most useful. We work remotely too.
